The newer change (by updated time) wins (last-writer-wins). Avoid editing the same memo at the same time on multiple devices to prevent surprises. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Memos are stored in your Google Drive and consume space under your Google account storage and plan. As the number and size of memos grows, lists and sync may take longer. Bursts of many changes in a short time may also hit temporary service-side limits, so sync can slow down and retry. We do not publish a fixed maximum memo count as a guarantee. At very large scale, check your available Drive space and that sync completes successfully.
