60d Design ("we", "us") operates 60d Memo (the "App"). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and handle your information when you use the App.

1. Information We Collect

When you sign in with your Google account, the App accesses the following information:

• Google account information: Name, email address, and user ID
• Google Drive access: Limited to files created by the App (drive.file scope)

The App does not collect any other personal information such as location data, contacts, or photos.

2. How We Use Your Information

We do not use your information for advertising, behavioral analysis, or selling data to third parties.

We do not store or aggregate memo content on servers we operate. Network access uses Google services (sign-in, Drive API, etc.). Backup and sync data is stored as JSON in the "60dMemo" folder on your Google Drive, where you can view or delete it at any time.

For convenience, the App may store information on your device only, such as the last sync time and data needed to identify which Google account was used for sync. This is not collected by us for upload to our servers (we do not receive or host that data on our side).

4. Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services. Please review their privacy policies:

5. Tracking and Advertising

The App does not track users. No advertising SDKs or analytics tools are integrated.

6. Data Deletion

• App data: Deleting the App from your device will remove all locally stored memo data.
• Deleting memos in the App: When you delete a memo in the App and sync runs, that change is reflected in the corresponding data on Google Drive (to stay consistent across devices).
• Google Drive data: You can remove backup and sync data by deleting the "60dMemo" folder from your Google Drive.
• Revoking access: You can revoke the App's access to your Google account at Google Account Permissions. Data already stored in Google Drive remains in your Google account until you delete or export it using Google’s tools. Sync state or caches on a device may be reset or cleared on that device.
• Access, correction, erasure, or restriction: To exercise rights under the Act on the Protection of Personal Information (Japan) or other applicable law, contact us using Section 10. We will respond without undue delay to the extent required by law. Because memo bodies are not stored on our servers by design, we may guide you to manage data in Google Drive or use in-App actions as the primary steps.
• EU / EEA residents and the GDPR: If the GDPR applies to you, we will address rights under the GDPR and other applicable law within the limits required by law.

7. Editing on Multiple Devices

The App syncs memos via Google Drive so you can use multiple devices. If the same memo is edited on more than one device, the version with the newer update time wins (last-writer-wins). To avoid unexpected overwrites, avoid editing the same memo at the same time on different devices.

8. Children's Privacy

The App does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy due to legal requirements or changes to the App. We may do so without prior notice. The updated policy takes effect when posted on this page.
